Account:

1. How can I create an account?

In order to create an account on the Storisma platform, click "create an account" in the upper right corner of the page. Enter your contact details and create a password. After logging in correctly, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the creation of your account.

2. How can I log in?

In order to log in, click on the "log in" option in the upper right corner of the page. After entering the correct data (e-mail address and password that you have previously set), your name will appear in the upper right corner of the page and you can start shopping.

Order:

1. How to place an order?

In order to place an order you shall: 

  • Log in
  • Choose the product that you like
  • Set the size, colour or other details 
  • Add the product to the shopping card (basket) 
  • Go to shopping card
  • Fill in your shipping details, choose the payment method, confirm the whole order
  • Pay for the order 
  • That is all! Await your parcel :)

2. What are the shipping methods?

On our platform, we offer different shipping methods depending on which courier our designer works with. The most common ones will be: DPD, DHL, UPS, Fedex.

3. What is the waiting time for an order?

Information on the shipping time of a given brand's products can be found in the tab of each designer. Sometimes these dates differ due to different countries of origin of our designers. If you order something from the USA, you will be informed about the necessity to pay customs duties.

4. How can I pay for my order?

When placing an order, you will be asked to specify the method of payment. Our platform offers two payment methods:

  • Bank transfer or payment card
  • Payments via PayPal

5. Can I pay cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, our platform does not offer cash on delivery payment at this moment.

6. Do I have to pay for a shipment from two different designers twice?

Storisma offers free deliveries throughout Poland. If you order several products from different designers, you will not have to pay for each shipment separately.

7. Can I pick up my order personally?

It is not possible to collect orders in person. The only way we offer is courier shipping.

Return and Exchange:

1. How much time do I have to return and where should I send the returned product?

The time to return the purchased products is 14 calendar days. Contact us at info@storisma.pl and we will instruct you further what to do and where to return the parcel.

Please note that each product returned must not be worn. 

2. Can the product be exchanged?

Yes, it is possible to exchange the same product for a different size or color. The time for exchanging products is 14 calendar days. Contact us at info@storisma.pl and we will instruct you on what to do.

Complaint:

1. Can I make a complaint about the product if it is damaged / defective and does not meet my expectations?

Yes of course. Contact us at info@storisma.pl and we will instruct you on what to do.

Store and products:

1. The product I am interested in is not available. What should I do?

All products on the Storisma platform are constantly updated in line with our designers' inventory. There is a possibility that the product is sold out and will be available for sale soon, so please follow our platform.

2. Do you have a showroom where I can see and buy your stuff?

Our platform does not have a showroom, we offer online sales. All purchased items are shipped directly from designers.

3. Can I contact the designer directly?

Our platform does not allow contact with designers. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at info@storisma.pl.
