Products bought from Storisma can be returned, exchanged or complained. Shipping costs for returns, exchanges and complaints are defrayed by the customer.

Returns

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if for any reason it doesn't feel right, we will accept a return of unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please inform us about your request by writing to info@storisma.pl and we will send instructions via email.

Exchanges

It is possible to exchange within the same product for a different size or color if it is available in the designer warehouse. Time to exchange products is 14 calendar days. Contact us at info@storisma.pl and we will instruct you on what to do.

Complaints or damaged parcels

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving the item with all details. If you are convinced that the item you received is different from the order or was damaged during shipment, we will exchange or refund the order.

Returns and exchanges policy

We make sure that all our products are shipped in excellent condition. Unused products should be sent back with the original packaging and all tags attached. All documents (receipt, invoice) that were in the package should be added to the returned or exchanged product. Products without tags will not be accepted for return or exchange. Make sure the package is properly protected during return, as damaged returns may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Remember that you are responsible for products during shipping. Therefore, we recommend that you choose the shipping method with tracking. When we receive the product, we will refund you a full amount using the original payment method. Please note that card refunds may take up to 14 days, depending on the card issuer. Shipping costs will not be refunded. In case of an exchange, the cost of re-shipping (via a courier company) is borne by the customer.
